Regal Farms goal is to install aquaponic or hydroponic systems one school at a time to ensure all students enjoy a warm meal.

WHAT WE DO

Who We Are?

Regal Farms first assistance was Dugard Combined and we are thankful that the Principal Mrs. Tessa Charles allowed us to collaborate with the school. We are pleased that the children from grade 3 to grade 6 learned about the aquaponics system, how to maintain the system and the uses and benefits of soil and composting and utilization of manure. We provided the school with supplies to assist with the system and planted various seedlings. The excess seedlings will be distributed to the students to commence their own home garden.

The students were eager and excited and enjoyed the session. We would like to thank Dean Avril for conducting the training and Jameson Alphonse of GreenHavenslu for his assistance and donation of the fish for the system. Our next Project will be to prepare a system with St Joseph’s Convent (SJC) and collaborate with Grande Rivere Primary. Regal Farms would like to thank Harris Paints Saint Lucia for their support and Donations of water tanks towards the SJC project. We look forward to some future collaborations.
